SF Superior Courts IT Tickets Metrics

Since JIRA's reporting features are limited, we developed a custom reporting dashboard with the following features:

• Dynamically grabs JIRA data using JIRA's apis and stores them in app database
• Users can view by week or by month
• Report shows: total tickets by day, # of tickets after hours, average time to completion, etc.
