The technology projects delivery team at SFMTA tasked us with creating a clean, usable training module for new hires. Prior to this module, new hires were given a hard-to-navigate Word Document with instructions such as "Look up this video on Youtube", "Find this document on our Sharepoint Site", etc. We created an easy to use module with embedded Organization/Team Hierarchy, embeded Videos, links to all reference materials, and more.
